If selected to be a part of our Talent Casting team , you will report to the Manager of Talent Casting Strategies & Initiatives.
This is a full-time 6-month internship (dates are June 14, 2025, through Jan 3, 2026).
What You Will Do
In this role, you will offer vital administrative and logistical support, assisting with marketing, planning, and running auditions and external engagements. This includes :
- Supporting the execution of auditions for various roles, such as character performers, dancers, singers, and actors, and suggesting improvements to the candidate experience.
- Working with Casting Marketing to develop targeted strategies and innovative ways for promoting audition opportunities via social media.
- Evaluating online submissions and advising Casting Directors on whom to call back.
- Participating in the production of virtual workshops and learning sessions to engage the Disney Auditions audience.
- Applying creative sourcing methods to build talent pipelines and researching new markets to attract high-quality candidates for challenging roles like face characters and tumblers / gymnasts.
Through these efforts, you will help us streamline the audition process and improve the overall talent acquisition strategy.
