Imagineers blend storytelling, art, science, and technology to create immersive experiences. The Show Systems Studio produces groundbreaking shows from concept design to production. As an Executive Assistant, you'll support Director-level Executives and help manage the team's workload.
This role is a vital part of the support team that keeps WDI building innovative experiences. You'll be responsible for managing calendars, travel arrangements, presentations, and meetings.
Schedule appointments, prepare presentations, and coordinate events
Screen meeting requests, prioritize tasks, and anticipate executives' needs
Greet guests, assist with special projects, and create meeting agendas
Plan travel itineraries, make reservations, and compile expense reports
Assist with department tasks, including conference room requests and equipment maintenance
Requirements & Qualifications
3 years of administrative experience supporting executives in a corporate environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with diverse groups
Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Teams
Willingness to adapt to new communication tools and methods
Experience engaging with high-level executives and supporting fast-paced teams
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work outside regular hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within the Walt Disney Company or similar organizations
Proficiency in Airtable, SharePoint, SAP, and Concur
Familiarity with creating presentations and passion for interactive experiences
Education
A Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
