Job Summary
The Arborist plays a critical role in maintaining the exceptional landscaping experience for our guests. This position provides horticulture support to the Global team, ensuring that our 'Guest Facing' horticulture meets the Walt Disney World standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert tree care services, including pruning and moving trees.
- Collaborate with the Horticulture team to maintain the aesthetic appeal of our landscaping throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resort property.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Horticulture or Agriculture, with expertise in tree production, pruning, and care.
- Ability to meet aerial rescue guidelines and adhere to industry safety standards (ANSI Z133) and procedures (ANSI 300).
- Familiarity with southern tree species and ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs.
- Valid CDL Class A with air brakes endorsement.
- Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak and read English fluently to interact with guests.

Schedules and start times will vary to accommodate the 24/7 operation of our Theme Parks and Resorts, 365 days a year.
