The Planner will assist the Project Manager with a portfolio of projects, helping to develop project documents, review proposals, write detailed scopes for new commitments, and process Requests for Information. This role involves reviewing and processing payment applications, and assisting with project close-out documentation.
You will report to the Project Manager-FAM.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager with coordination, attending meetings, recording minutes, and assisting in client communications.
Maintain contract documents, project estimates, and schedules.
Process project information in PMWeb.
Help prepare documents for meetings, bids, or presentations.
Expedite material orders.
Partner with the project controls team to validate scope, schedule, or budget changes.
Review payments to contractors, including validation of payment application requirements.
Coordinate project photo documentation.
Prepare final records and close-out documents.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience in Construction, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related fields.
Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
Experience with accounting procedures.
Understanding of construction methods and materials, and ability to interpret design drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience in construction.
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or project management.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects.
