Looking for ways to expand your resume while building a network of connections and friendships to last a lifetime?
Experience a one-of-a-kind internship where you can enjoy endless uniquely Disney opportunities while working a frontline or backstage role at Walt Disney World Resort. This internship offers a starting rate of $17 per hour. The arrival dates are in May, June, August, and September of 2025, and departure dates are no sooner than January 2026. If selected to participate, you will choose your arrival and departure dates as part of the acceptance process.
Choose your arrival and departure dates with program lengths ranging from 4 to 8 months, with the potential to extend up to one year. You’ll have the chance to fully experience, study, and create the Disney magic. It is also a phenomenal opportunity to network with Disney leaders and explore potential opportunities after your program such as program extensions, additional internships, full-time roles, and more.
Experience : live in exciting Central Florida in a purpose-built housing community with other participants from all around the world
From a purpose-built apartment community to unique events and activities just for you, life on the Disney College Program has a little extra magic. Upon accepting an offer, you’ll have the opportunity to live at , which is owned and operated by American Campus Communities, one of the largest student housing companies in the country. This community features fully furnished apartments and includes additional amenities like a 12,500 sq. ft. fitness center, quiet spaces to study if you're taking classes back at school, and resort-style pools. Disney Programs also provides bus transportation from Flamingo Crossings Village to and from our parks and resorts. Plus, you will be living with and making friends from all around the world.
