What are the responsibilities and job description for the Disney Cruise Line - Vacationista, Full Time position at Walt Disney World Resort?
As the Vacationista you will be the expert for Guests on product, pricing and availability for The Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney. The Vacationista will use sales and services techniques to produce and increase revenue. As the Vacationista you will develop one-on-one relationship with Guests throughout the planning their vacation on The Disney Cruise Line or Adventures by Disney. The Vacationista will be the primary contact for the Guest before arrival by supporting the Guest Experience.

- Meet required departmental metric expectations including productivity goals

- Computer proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment
- Passion and knowledge of The Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney
