The Minnie Van Service Ride Associate will create by transporting our Guests around the Walt Disney World Resort. As The Minnie Van Service Ride Associate you will use the Lyft app to connect with Guest's that are requiring transportation within the Walt Disney World Resort. The Minnie Van Service Ride Associate will provide Guest Service and share product knowledge. As a Minnie Van Service you will, operate a company vehicle within the Walt Disney World Resort, Orlando International Airport, Private Airports and Port Canaveral.
The Minnie Van Service Ride Associate is a tipped role and the starting pay rate is $16.00/hour

Full Time requires full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights and holidays.
Part Time requires full availability for any shift, two (2) days per week, including nights and holidays.

The Minnie Van Service Ride Associate is a tipped role and the starting pay rate is $16.00/hour
Responsibilities :
- Drive company vehicles off and on Walt Disney World property including on Interstate 4, toll roads and secured zones such as airports and Port Canaveral
- Maintain safety of our Guests while operating vehicles, including with passengers and during inclement weather
- Knowledge of routes and roadways to destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort®, including Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs
- Drive company vehicles of multiple sizes including commercial vehicles
- Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions with Guests and Cast Members
- Passion and knowledge of Disney Products
- Use a Smartphone device
- Work shift with limited direct leadership
- Prolonged standing to perform and maintain crowd control during peak operational hours in outdoor settings during different weather conditions

Assist guests with boarding:
- Operate an accessibility lift
- Load and unload Guest personal items and luggage weighing up to 50lbs
- Push & pull wheelchairs
- Keep vehicles clean and presentable
- Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
- Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
- Cast Members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
Basic Qualifications :
- Florida Driver's license
- Five (5) years of holding valid US driver’s license
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to licensed driving requirements
- Record of following state and federal motor vehicle regulations
- Receptive to random drug and alcohol testing
- One (1) year of Walt Disney World Experience
- Part Time and requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of two (2) days per week, including nights and holidays and must be available one FULL week for training
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multilingual
- One (1) year of Disney Guest Facing role or related experience
