About the Role & Program
At Walt Disney World we create happiness, and as a Product and Franchise Strategy Intern you would be part of the development and execution of product commercial strategies and initiatives inspiring millions of Guests to experience our Parks and Resorts! The selected candidate will assist the team with developing long term product plans and strategic initiatives delivering business, cast, and guest growth goals leveraging business analytics, as well as consumer and industry insights and trends.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, inquisitive, confident, self-directed, and comfortable working with and communicating to leaders at all levels in the organization.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from June 2025 -January 2026.
What You Will Do
It’s our mission to deliver commercial product strategies rooted in consumer and business analytics and insights increasing long-term profitability and guest experience. As an intern, you’ll play a role in helping bring these product strategies to market!
Interpret data and visualize results in support of developing business cases
Coordinate with partner teams to build clear insights that address business questions
Translate business questions / problems into actionable plans for analysis
Accurately articulate value propositions around solutions
Build strong presentations that show context to the analysis and link to actionable recommendations
Helping to extract, analyze, and visualize data sets
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
Experience collecting and analyzing data, and effectively presenting findings through data-driven storytelling in PowerPoint presentation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with creative problem solving and analytical skills
Strong oral / written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility, independence, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results, and understanding the business impacts
Curious about pursuing a strategic career path
Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel and / or hospitality or related experience in a strategic role
Knowledge of Disney IP, Parks, Resorts, Experiences and Products
Education
Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or other related quantitative fields
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements :
Be enrolled in an accredited college / university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants : You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and / or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization

Be compliant with appearance guidelines
Program Length : The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 – January 2026
Ability to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship and have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Transportation : Must have reliable transportation to / from work
Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area
