Role Summary
As a Resort Bell Services Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in delivering a positive and memorable guest experience from the moment they arrive at our resort. You will work closely with our teams to anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities of this role include helping with luggage loading and unloading, assigning tasks to bell staff, storing and tagging luggage and/or groceries, and working closely with Concierge and Bellperson Cast Members to deliver exceptional guest check-in services. You will also be responsible for displaying clear and concise verbal and written messages, facilitating mutual understanding with guests and fellow Cast Members, and being proficient with Smart Phone devices and radios.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and have knowledge of routes and roadways within the Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs. You should also be able to stand for prolonged periods during peak operational hours in both indoor and outdoor settings, lift heavy luggage, and wear Personal Protective Equipment as required.
