The Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Resort Bell Services Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of our resort by delivering exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities of this role include helping with luggage loading and unloading, assigning tasks to bell staff, storing and tagging luggage and/or groceries, and working closely with Concierge and Bellperson Cast Members to deliver exceptional guest check-in services. You will also be responsible for displaying clear and concise verbal and written messages, facilitating mutual understanding with guests and fellow Cast Members, and being proficient with Smart Phone devices and radios.
