As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive service experience. You’ll play a key role in building customer trust by providing clear, honest communication about their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs while working with the service team to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional approach
Clearly explain vehicle service recommendations and estimates to customers
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Keep customers updated throughout the service process
Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
Ensure a smooth, efficient, and transparent service experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Service Advisor preferred but not required - We provide training!
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy and comfortable using service scheduling and CRM tools
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
Team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
