Position Overview
As the General Manager, you will lead all dealership operations, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This position requires strong collaboration with the executive leadership team to align dealership operations with the company’s broader strategic vision. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and management team.
Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective strategies.
Oversee all dealership departments, including sales, service, finance, and fixed operations.
Foster a customer-focused culture and deliver an outstanding dealership experience.
Optimize inventory management, pricing strategies, and market positioning.

Build strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, and community stakeholders.
