Position Overview
As Service Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the service department, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of service advisors and technicians while working closely with parts and sales departments to optimize workflow and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of technicians, advisors, and service staff.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service excellence.
- Monitor and improve department efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Manage warranty processes, work orders, and service department financials.
- Implement best practices for scheduling, workflow, and technician dispatching.
- Work closely with the parts department to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized service facility.
- Utilize KPIs and data analytics to drive department performance.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership policies.
