Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately assess vehicle issues.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining vehicle issues and repair solutions to customers.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements

• Education and Certification:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Proven experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain complex issues to customers.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work in various positions, including standing, bending, and lying down.
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Must provide your own basic tools. (We will provide special tools)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with advanced diagnostic equipment.
• Previous experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive service center.
• Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems.
