The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, providing excellent communication and guidance throughout the vehicle service process.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance.
Ability to explain technical information in an understandable manner.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Computer proficiency for service scheduling and invoicing.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities :
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
Perform walkaround Inspections with customers present during write-up process
Knowledge of warranty claims & how to format repair orders per manufacturer's requirements
