Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Dispatcher Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing inquiries and providing support related to transportation management. This position requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of logistics and fleet management systems.

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
• Utilize GPS tools to assist customers with real-time tracking and route optimization.
• Collaborate with dispatching teams to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Provide support for fleet management activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and logistics practices is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using GPS technology and GIS applications will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
