Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential plumbing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Plumbing experience, in field or management
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling and project management software is a plus.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
