Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Position: Full -Time
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (one-hour lunch)
(Monday through Friday)
SUMMARY:
This customer service position is responsible for working in a team environment assisting the CSR department and outside sales reps. Generate and input sales orders, building sales quotes, helping customers identify and locate available products and services, answering in-coming calls and emails, placing follow-up calls in a timely manner and resolving issues that may arise promptly always using respectful and positive attitude to both employees and customers.
Additional responsibilities include: Assisting other department needs as necessary and processing order payments, charges, fees etc. with accounting department.
*Previous Customer Service, receptionist and accounting knowledge/experience is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service
· Answer incoming phone calls and direct phone calls as needed
· Assist Walk-In Orders
· Assist with Will-Call Pick Up Orders
· Assist customers and process their orders
· Assist Sales Reps in sourcing vendor products and pricing
· Take down and input purchase orders
· Update customer contracts as needed
· Input quotes into system for sales reps and customers
· Request Samples from Vendors for the customer
Office Duties:
· Running Credit Cards
· Paperwork filing/archiving
· Scanning, faxing, and copying
· Assist other departments as needed
Minimum Requirements:
a) High School diploma
b) At least 6 months prior experience in office administration
c) Basic accounting knowledge
d) Communicate orally, read, write in English, and possess basic mathematical skills
e) Competent in Microsoft Office software including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
f) Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
g) Must be able to lift at least 10 lbs. or move up to 25 lbs.
h) Team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
