Our showrooms offer a positive and supportive work environment where our team can be successful and love what they do. With growth on our minds, we're looking to add an experienced Designer to our  Naperville  showroom team.

In This Role, You Will :

  • Work in a beautiful, well-appointed showroom and interact directly with clients to design spaces that inspire and delight.
  • Drive your business by making connections with clients in the showroom and through personal outreach.
  • Partner with clients by listening to their needs, visiting their homes, and ultimately bringing their design dreams to life using our cutting-edge technologies and design tools.
  • Have access to over 200 of the best brands in the industry, including Century, Four Hands, Bernhardt, Vanguard, Hancock & Moore, Baker, Rowe, Hickory Chair.
  • Efficiently manage multiple clients and projects to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Be supported by a dedicated team of client service, accounting, and delivery professionals.

    • Compensation Notes :

  • 20 per hour for the first 4 months, with option to switch to commission sooner
  • Then 100% commission, uncapped, prepaid at time of order
  • Annual Pay Range : $40,000-$130,000 (Year 1 Average $51,000 / Year 2 Average $61,000)
  • Average Commission : 7.55% (Range : 6.6%-8.7%)
  • Annual Performance Bonuses for sales tiers above $800,000 (Range : $200-$20,000)

    • Requirements :

  • 2 years experience in luxury retail sales or interior design OR a career changer with a passion for interior design and 2 years experience in sales or other related field.
  • A track record of business success that demonstrates the ability to lead a sales process and achieve sales goals.
  • A natural ability to engage, connect, and develop relationships.
  • Someone who is highly motivated by commission sales.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

    Salary : $40,000 - $130,000
