Job Description
- Establish and build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with our Inside Sales Team to assist customers with product options.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Treat all employees, vendors, and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy.
- Become efficient with our customer-focused ERP system.
- Self-motivated: Able to meet or exceed established sales/revenue goals.
- Organize purchase and schedule delivery of Special Order Items.
Qualifications
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Industry experience is required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Maintain a strong positive attitude.
- Take pride in being a part of a customer-focused team.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Driver's License with a clean record.
