Responsibilities
- Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project management
- Sound Technical Design background
- Excellent communication and organizational Skills
- Project client interface
- Financial management of projects
- Working with the team to set goals to meet business objectives
- Assisting in the development of the engineering staff
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. design codes and standards
- Related local experience preferred
Qualifications
- PE in Texas, or ability to be registered in Texas BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)
- 9 years of relevant project experience (9-15 years of experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated career growth that includes project management experience
- Experience managing civil/site development projects
- Experience leading the civil design efforts for public works or site development projects
- Sound technical design background
- Excellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skills
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standards
- Related local experience preferred
