Position Overview:

As a Business Development Center (BDC) Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing inquiries and appointments to ensure a positive customer experience. This role involves answering incoming calls, confirming and rescheduling service appointments, and performing various clerical and administrative tasks.

General Responsibilities:

  • Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting, managing internet leads, inbound service calls, and internet inquiries.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced call center environment, demonstrating strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Attract potential clients and retain current customers by responding to product questions via phone and internet.
  • Utilize CRM systems and manufacturer websites extensively.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores as per manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI).
  • Direct customers to relevant product information resources, including online platforms.
  • Regularly check and respond to emails and inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Professionally handle phone and email inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on customer retention.
  • Ability to achieve quotas and maximize business opportunities.
  • Must hold a clean and valid driver’s license.
