Position Overview:
A Greeter at our dealership serves as the first point of contact for customers upon arrival. This role is responsible for providing a welcoming and informative experience by greeting customers, answering basic questions, directing them to the appropriate department or salesperson, and ensuring a positive initial impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting Customers:

Professionally greet all customers entering the dealership with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.

Assess customer needs upon arrival to ensure they receive prompt and proper assistance.
Initial Needs Assessment:

Quickly assess customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales representative, service advisor, or department.

Answer basic questions and provide general dealership information.
Customer Flow Management:

Manage the flow of customers in the showroom to ensure prompt service.

Provide brochures and informational materials as needed.

Assist with vehicle check-ins and help manage customer paperwork, directing it to the appropriate department.
