Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding services, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documents, contracts, and information are gathered accurately.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns or feedback to improve services.
- Collaborate with CPAs, accountants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Schedule and prepare for client meetings, including gathering relevant documents, reports, and data.
- Manage client portals and ensure timely updates of records, filings, and communications.
- Track key milestones and deadlines (e.g., tax filings, audit schedules) to ensure timely completion of client projects.
- Support the marketing team with client-focused initiatives, including events, newsletters, and informational webinars.
- Assist in drafting client proposals, engagement letters, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and firm policies in client interactions and documentation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 2 years in client relations, customer service, or administrative roles, preferably in a CPA firm or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with tax preparation, audits, and accounting services is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.84 - $22.00 per hour
