G&G Bridal, in partnership with Walters Wedding Estates, is hiring a Part Time Bridal Stylist for our upcoming luxury bridal boutique, G&G Bridal, in Hickory Creek, TX.
Description:
As a Bridal Stylist, you will have the opportunity to assist our clients in finding their perfect wedding dress and create unique looks for their special day. Your responsibilities will include taking clients' measurements, showcasing and recommending wedding gowns, and providing personalized advice on wedding looks.
We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual who excels in sales and thrives in a customer service-oriented environment. Excellent customer service is a top priority for us, and we are seeking experienced bridal stylists who can deliver an exceptional bridal experience in line with G&G Bridal's service standards.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to grow with us in the long term. Building lasting connections with our brides and elevating the bridal experience is key to this role, making the wedding dress buying experience as beautiful as the dress itself.

Pay: The total compensation range is between $17-$21 hourly Commission
Hours: Part-time. Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, Sundays and Holidays
Location: Hickory Creek, TX
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled and/or walk-in bridal appointments, assisting brides in finding the perfect wedding dress for their wedding.

Become knowledgeable in the various bridal styles, fabrics, our designers, customization, measuring, sizing and general alterations knowledge.

Stay up-to-date with new designs and trends in bridal and weddings.

Learn and become competent in our point of sale system.

Provide exceptional customer service to all G&G brides and represent the brand in a professional and consultative manner.

Providing thoughtful feedback and recommendations on dresses

Follow up with brides to ensure satisfaction.

Selecting complimentary gowns to meet brides’ desired requirements

Consistently achieve individual and store sales goals (daily, weekly, monthly) KPI’s

Conduct daily customer calls to continue to develop rapport with prospective brides

Build relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire life of the event.

Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, tidiness of shop ,bridal shows and promotions

Pay Rate: $17-$21 per hour

- Available weekends and holidays; 1-2 years bridal or high-end sales preferred.
- Energetic, coachable, and passionate about helping brides find their perfect dress.
- Background check required.
