Job Overview :
The Floral Sales Area Manager at The Design Haus is responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring the success of the assigned regional sales team. This leadership role involves managing a team of sales professionals, developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management. Reporting to the Floral Sales Global Manager, the Floral Sales Area Manager serves as a critical link between regional operations and global sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Personal Regional Sales Strategy and Goal Achievement :
- Execute sales strategies to meet regional revenue and growth objectives.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance to identify opportunities for improvement, and report to the Floral Sales Global Manager
- Submit personal commission values to the Floral Sales Global Manager for review
- Submit the team's commission values to the Floral Sales Global Manager for submission to the Director
- Assign bookings to clients to ensure workload equity
- Provide regular updates to the Floral Sales Global Manager on regional sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with company goals.
