Lubrication Technician!
19.00 - $23.00 an hour!
Now Hiring for 2nd Shift / $2.00 an hour Shift Differential.

We are the largest family owned and operated waste and recycling provider in Minnesota providing over 100,000 services each week with a fleet fueled by both diesel and compressed natural gas (CNG).
About the role :
As a Lubrication Technician you will be responsible for lubricating and maintaining our fleet of diesel and compressed natural gas (CNG) waste collections vehicles and equipment while providing outstanding service to our customers, both internal and external.
Job Responsibilities :
- Keep work area clean, safe and adhere to all safety policies at all times.
- Perform Lubrication on our entire fleet of vehicles and other equipment, as well as minor corrective maintenance.
- Perform safety inspection on diesel and CNG powered trucks, as well as other equipment within our fleet.
- Wash our fleet of vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
- Meet or exceed assigned productivity goals.
- Perform all work within the Estimated Repair Times (ERT).
- Complete applicable Company training programs.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
