Walters & Wolf Interiors is currently looking to fill a Project Manager position in Fremont, California.
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively oversee every facet of a project/job timeline for seamless progress to meet key milestones.
- Adhere to project specifications, codes, and industry standards, ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects.
- Read and understand project estimates, bid proposals, qualifications, inclusions, exclusions, and alternates.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to align project goals with client expectations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a LEAN environment. Uphold a strong work ethic and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Leverage data to strategically navigate and address any challenges that may arise during a project. Utilize creativity and analytical insight to find solutions, ensuring the smooth progression of projects/jobs.
- Minimum 2 years of construction experience, preferably in the Doors and Hardware Industry.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent mathematical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and a dedicated team player.
- Desire to learn and adapt quickly.
- Demonstrated managerial abilities and organizational skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential situations.
- Analytical ability with attention to detail and the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
- 100% on-site Monday-Friday
