Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and a strong understanding of cabinetry design and fabrication. This role involves creating high-quality cabinets and furniture pieces tailored to client specifications, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every project. We utilize CNC operations for most of our cabinets. Previous experience is highly recommended.
Duties
- Fabricate custom cabinets and furniture according to blueprints and schematics.
- Utilize various woodworking tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
- Perform trim carpentry tasks as needed, ensuring seamless integration with existing structures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Travel within 30 miles to do on site installations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or in a similar carpentry role.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively.
- Experience in trim carpentry is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for long periods, lifting heavy materials, and working in various environments.
- Knowledgeable & capable of creating high-quality preoduct finishes with paints & stains.
- Previous CNC experience is highly recommended.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.57 - $35.15 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
