Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' fitness levels and establish personalized training goals.
- Design and implement customized workout programs that align with clients’ objectives, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, demonstrating exercises and offering guidance on proper techniques.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure continued improvement.
- Educate clients on the principles of physical education, anatomy, and body mechanics to enhance their understanding of fitness.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment while ensuring all equipment is safe for use.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and motivational support.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a cohesive training experience for all members.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, neurology, and body mechanics related to fitness training.
- Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction within a health club or gym setting.

- Excellent sales skills to promote personal training, and health products, and services effectively.
- Ability to motivate clients while providing constructive feedback during workouts.
