Position Overview : As a Suite Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for guests in our exclusive suites. Your role is all about delivering personalized service with attention to detail while helping to maintain the energetic atmosphere of the venue. From taking and delivering food and beverage orders to keeping the suite clean and organized, you'll ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude. Take and deliver food and drink orders quickly and accurately, while offering personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Menu Knowledge : Become an expert on our food and drink menu, including specialty cocktails, beer, wines, and non-alcoholic options. Enhance the guest experience by recommending items or promotions tailored to their tastes.
- Communication : Work closely with bartenders, food staff, and supervisors to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Address guest inquiries or issues promptly.
- Cleanliness & Organization : Maintain a clean, well-stocked suite before, during, and after events. Ensure the space is always neat and tidy, clearing trash and organizing supplies as needed.
- Teamwork : Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service, offering assistance during busy times and supporting the team wherever needed.
- Responsible Service : Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and monitor guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Payment Processing & Inventory Management : Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.
