Job Overview

Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.

- Conduct modified assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with students in an ESE setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and implementing effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
