Overview
Perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including maintaining boats, landscaping and yard maintenance, and other repairs and maintenance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, maintaining cleanliness and fuel in boats, basic landscaping and yard maintenance, and reporting needed repairs or concerns to supervisor.
- Respond promptly to requests from supervisor and address any urgent issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities to ensure all assigned duties are achieved each day.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of boat, fishing, and mowing supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols during maintenance activities
