At Walton's, Inc., we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist our customers through the ordering process, answer questions, and provide an excellent customer experience.
CSR Duties:
- Direct interfacing with customers via phone, email, chat, and in person.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Follow-up with customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and returns as needed.
- Document and update customer records based on customer request and need.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge of products and services offered
- Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor

- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask as needed.
- Professional and positive demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Computer fluency including Microsoft Office Programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
