Job Title: Evening Cleaning Technician
Location: Macon, Ga
Work Schedule: Mondays- Thursdays / 4 Days a Week / 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16.29 Competitive, based on experience
Job Summary:
Walton’s Janitorial & Landscaping is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Office Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in a professional office building. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and be comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches).
- Ensure floors are free of debris and maintain a neat appearance.
- Replenish supplies, such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
- Follow specific cleaning checklists and instructions.
- Secure the building upon departure.
Requirements:
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without direct supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality cleaning.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning protocols.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks, such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
