- Provide expert advice on various loan products, including FNMA options and mortgage servicing.
- Conduct credit analysis to assess risk factors associated with potential loans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Utilize accounting software and financial software to manage client accounts effectively.
- Collaborate with banks and other financial institutions to facilitate loan origination processes.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in loan origination or mortgage servicing is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial software is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations related to loans and interest rates.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of credit analysis techniques and FNMA guidelines is a plus.
- Previous experience in a banking environment is beneficial but not required.
