Job Description
Waltz Health is looking for a driven and action-oriented Senior Manager, Client Implementation to lead product rollouts across Waltz health product lines and client types. As a Senior Manager, Client Implementation, you will act as Waltz Health's client point of contact for product implementations, coordinating with client and Waltz internal teams to ensure timely and effective product launches. In this role, you will directly impact the success of Waltz Health product launches, driving program decisions and project milestones while building relationships and trust with our clients. In addition, you will act as the escalation point for clients and internal teams in the post-launch period, ensuring optimal program performance via data reporting and optimization request management.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Client Operations and partner with the analytics, marketing, product, and technology teams within Waltz Health. Success in this role requires an organized and analytical professional who combines strong project management experience with excellent communication and client engagement skills.
