We're seeking a people-loving and detail-oriented Accounting and Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Accounting and Office Coordinator, you will serve as a trusted resource to the accounting team providing administrative support and will help demonstrate our positive and friendly workplace culture to team members and outside clients and guests.
Responsibilities
- Support the accounting department with administrative and accounting related tasks.
- Import, print and distribute invoices to internal team.
- Perform data entry of invoices into our billing platform.
- Gather information and set up vendors into our billing platform.
- Process payments via wire transfer, credit card and check.
- Generate and process reports for the accounting team as well as internal employees.
- File paid accounts payable invoices as well as year-end archiving of accounting files.
- Serve as the front desk receptionist in our 5th floor office space, greeting team members, clients and guests.
- Oversee ingoing and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Help to maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Provide overflow assistance to the agency Office Manager, helping with events and other administrative duties as needed.
- Support the Chief Financial Officer with administrative tasks.
