This position collaborates with key clients and each of our departments to oversee and manage client and agency projects. This is a junior level Project Manager role with room to learn and grow with a talented team of Project Managers.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with key clients to outline the scope, budget, and overall needs of each project.
- Manage day-to-day project schedules for account service team and creative department.
- Participate in project status team meetings with key clients, account service team leads and participate in weekly creative department status meetings.
- Work with the creative team to delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets, workload and experience levels.
- Develop project schedules to meet budget objectives and scopes of work.
- Identify upcoming project risks and offer possible solutions.
- Ability to learn and operate the agency’s project management technology software called Advantage.
- Ability to work with clients and department leaders to anticipate and resolve problems, project conflicts and help identify priorities.
- Ability to learn how to manage creative projects including digital executions, collateral pieces and broadcast spots.
- Detail-oriented while seeing the big picture using Advantage software.
- Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external team members.
- 2-3 years managing fast paced, creative projects in an advertising agency .
- Workflow. Experience managing both traditional and digital processes related to the development of creative products, including, digital media and print campaigns.
- Estimating. A basic understanding of estimating processes, keeping budgets in check and effectively communicating scope.
- Proposal and Statements of Work (SOW). Familiarity with proposals and SOW documents and ability to raise concerns about projects in a timely fashion.
- Services. A strong understanding of agency services, target audiences and agency capabilities.
