Training & Team Development

  • Develop and implement structured training programs to enhance trader expertise in TTD, DV360, Amazon DSP, and other platforms.
  • Create and document best practices for campaign execution, optimization, and troubleshooting in managed-service environments.
  • Act as the go-to expert for platform updates, industry trends, and advanced trading strategies.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching, QA reviews, and hands-on support to strengthen technical and analytical skills.

Programmatic Strategy & Execution

  • Lead programmatic strategy, execution, and optimization to drive performance across campaigns.
  • Guide traders on bid strategies, audience segmentation, inventory selection, and data utilization across DSPs.
  • Work closely with managed service partners to ensure transparency, efficiency, and continuous learning for the team.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
  • Process & Innovation

  • Standardize trading workflows, reporting methodologies, and campaign QA processes for scalability.
  • Partner with analytics teams to create custom measurement frameworks aligned with client goals.
  • Identify and integrate emerging programmatic innovations, including AI-driven optimization, retail media strategies, and CTV advancements.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and evolving industry standards.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Client Leadership

  • Serve as a key liaison for internal stakeholders, agency partners, and platform representatives.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on programmatic trends, measurement capabilities, and activation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with media planners and account teams to ensure programmatic activations align with broader media strategies.
  • Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in programmatic trading, with deep expertise in The Trade Desk (TTD) and familiarity with DV360, Amazon DSP, Xandr, and other DSPs.
  • Proven experience in training and developing traders in a programmatic or agency setting.
  • Strong analytical skills, including bid strategy analysis, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of CTV, display, audio, native, and emerging programmatic channels.
  • Ability to simplify complex programmatic concepts into actionable insights for traders and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience implementing scalable processes and QA frameworks.
  • Knowledge of privacy laws, third-party data deprecation strategies, and AI-driven media advancements.
