We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lean Integrator to join our team and lead our Lean transformation journey.

Position Overview:

The Lean Integrator will be responsible for implementing Lean principles across our organization to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. This role requires a deep understanding of Lean methodologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. The Lean Integrator will work closely with leadership and frontline employees to identify opportunities for improvement, develop action plans, and oversee the execution of Lean initiatives, all within the context of our unique mass customization operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lean Implementation: Lead the development and implementation of Lean strategies and initiatives to improve operational performance and reduce waste.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, and Standard Work, tailored to our custom, per-order manufacturing model.
  • Training & Development: Conduct Lean training programs for employees at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Project Management: Manage and oversee Lean projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results and alignment with business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven approaches to measure performance, track progress, and identify areas for further improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and quality, to ensure seamless integration of Lean practices into our custom order manufacturing processes.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change by promoting Lean thinking, encouraging employee engagement, and ensuring buy-in from all levels of the organization.
  • Sustainability: Ensure the sustainability of Lean initiatives by developing and implementing systems to maintain improvements and continue progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Lean or Continuous Improvement role, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment, with experience in custom or per-order manufacturing being highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, PDCA).
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on coaching and developing others.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey Lean concepts to all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
