What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Wampold Companies?
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Maintenance Technician for our apartment home community in Leesville, LA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Make Ready
- Maintain general units, common areas, pool/pool areas and grounds as required.
- Competencies in plumbing, and electric with minimal assistance or supervision.
- Perform preventative maintenance of all aspects of units, common areas and grounds as required.
- Basic plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, and showers.
- Basic working knowledge of appliances.
- Basic working knowledge of electrical such as replace light switches, fans, and receptacles
Position requirements:
- 2 years maintenance technician experience.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with guests and staff members.
