The facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Compensation:
- Day Rate: $20
- Evening Rate: $22
- Night Rate: $24
The facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Day Shift - 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening Shift - 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Night Shift - 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
- Must have one (1)-year experience within the last three (3) years
- Must have a current license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
- Have Current BLS
- Clean Background Check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Upon Hire – must provide proof of the following vaccines:
- TB Test
- Rubella
- Flu
- Provide direct patient care and/or close observation of patients. Document on patient's observation flow sheet as directed by RN to document patient behavior, Activity of Daily Living, and physical care every tour. Documentation requirements can occur every 15 minutes as delegated by the nurse or charge nurse.
- Ability to assist in the full range of nursing care to patients/residents with physical and/or behavioral problems in a hospital, long-term care setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse
