What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Administrative Assistant position at Wandering Cowboys LLC?
Wandering Cowboys is searching for a detail-oriented individual to perform administrative duties 10-15 hours per week.
***This is a TEMPORARY position beginning in March and lasting through Mid to Late June***
Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities of the Office Assistant/Administrative Assistant Include (but are not limited to):
· Provide administrative, clerical support to others in the office
· Receive, open and sort incoming mail
· Prepare outgoing mail
· Monitor incoming emails: answer or forward as required
· Maintain filing systems
· Update/maintain mailing, contact and client lists
· Retrieve information when requested
· Ensure office equipment is properly maintained
· Manage Human Resources Responsibilities (Making sure we have all new hire paperwork from all new hires at all of our locations, and updating employee information, etc.)
· Flexibility to add more responsibilities as needed
Education & Experiences
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Business college training is an advantage, but it is not a requirement
· Previous office experience is an advantage, but this position can also be an entry level position
· Strong PC skills and MS Office skills
· Numeracy & literacy skills
