Position Overview
The SAP Process Integrator, working under the supervision of the Supply Chain Optimization Coordinator, will be responsible for supporting Manufacturing on the activities related to the transfer of data and processes from our existing ERP system (ProfitKey 8) to our SAP S4 HANA implementation. Creating schemas from existing data and processes to the new ERP structure will be a key activity of this role. Additionally, working with various functions to verify data, mapping current processes and driving collaboration between them is a critical activity for the Process Integrator. This role will be vital in providing data, feedback, and guidance to our integration partners during our migration. Post Go Live, the role will continue to manage the ERP data and requests from the business. Additional activities will be in developing delivery of important data to the business, mapping new processes, and creating SAP S4 HANA user manuals for the various functions withing Manufacturing.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Map out manufacturing processes, systems, and outline department requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand their business requirements.
- Coordinate and lead physical and virtual sessions with leaders from manufacturing departments and integration partner to:
- Review Wanzl manufacturing processes and systems.
- Understand functionality of the different modules in SAP S4 HANA.
- Define data required in SAP S4 HANA.
- Maintain and manage minutes for each session for follow up.
- Direct and actively participate in activity workstreams.
- Collaborate with engineering in the review of manufacturing BOM data.
- Collaborate with engineering and other departments in the review of manufacturing MRP data and functionality.
- Participate in the integration of ERP system and Warehouse Management System, analyzing and gathering required data.
- Develop and maintain up to date of SAP S4 HANA user manuals for the various processes within departments in manufacturing.
- Collaborate with engineering and other departments in develop obsolescence process.
- Participate in all phases of the implementation of SAP S4 HANA.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP systems, preferably SAP S4 HANA.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and production processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, ERP systems, Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Business process modeling skills to create process flows and diagrams to illustrate current and future state business processes. Identify areas of optimization and define system requirements.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and integrator partner.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, to multitask and prioritize.
