What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floater position at Wapakoneta Children's Learning Center?
- Ensuring the safety, well-being and quality of education for all children within the Center's care.
- Managing the group to the needs of the individual child.
- Being responsible for the appearance, housekeeping and overall learning environment of the classroom.
- Planning, implementing and supervising the program for the assigned class in accordance with the policies and goals of WCLC.
- Treating all children, families and co-workers with respect.
- Attending all activities and required trainings and be willing to undergo a background check.
Individual must be at least 18 years of age, possess high energy and be able to relate well to children. Minimum of a high school diploma is required but CDA or higher is preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 32 per week
