Job Description
As a Full-time Physician (FP) with Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) experience in performing C-sections, we are seeking a skilled professional to provide locum coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage call backs with 0-3 patients per day
- Conduct up to 10 clinic visits daily
- Perform approximately 80-90 deliveries annually, with 20% of these being C-sections
Requirements
- State medical license for Minnesota or DEA/CSR certification
- Covid and flu vaccination requirements; exemptions may be filed
- Board eligibility/certification in Family Medicine or OB/GYN
- BLS and NRP certifications; ACLS is beneficial but not required
Support Staff and Facilities
- 24/7 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) coverage
- Separate newborn care available
- Expanse-Avera McKennan electronic medical records system
