Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Full-time Physician (FP) with experience in performing C-sections to provide locum coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage call backs with 0-3 patients per day
- Conduct up to 10 clinic visits daily
- Perform approximately 80-90 deliveries annually, with 20% of these being C-sections
Requirements
- A state medical license for Minnesota or DEA/CSR certification is required
- Covid and flu vaccination requirements; exemptions may be filed
- Board eligibility/certification in Family Medicine or OB/GYN is necessary
- BLS and NRP certifications; ACLS is beneficial but not required
Support Staff and Facilities
- 24/7 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) coverage is available
- Separate newborn care is available
- The Expanse-Avera McKennan electronic medical records system is used
