About the Role
This ER Physician position requires shift lengths of 48-60 hours, with weekend coverage from Friday at 8pm to Sunday at 6pm. The patient volume is approximately 4 patients per day, and electronic medical records (EMR) are managed using Meditech. This opportunity is ideal for board-certified physicians looking to make a difference in rural medicine.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a valid Minnesota license, DEA certification, and board certification in emergency medicine. Additionally, ATLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications are required. Covid and flu vaccination requirements vary, but masking is mandatory if not vaccinated against the flu.
