As a Real Estate Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing property listings, ensuring optimal market exposure, and providing top-tier service to sellers. You will work closely with homeowners to list, market, and sell their properties efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking and has the tenacity to move people to move real estate. Opportunities for the right listing specialist exist to become a team listing director.

• Conduct market analysis to determine competitive listing prices.

• Guide customers through the listing process, including home preparation, pricing strategy, and market trends.

• Coordinate and oversee professional photography, staging, and marketing materials.

• Conduct property showings and open houses.

• Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure the best outcome for customers.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by keeping customers informed and engaged throughout the selling process.

• Stay up to date with local market trends, regulations, and best practices.

• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including buyer’s agents, lenders, and attorneys.

• Active real estate license in Florida and must be an eXp agent or willing to join eXp Realty.

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with listing properties.

• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously.

• Proficiency in real estate CRM software and marketing tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.

• A self-starter with the ability to generate leads and build client relationships.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
